ReservesDirect is free, open-source software that manages electronic and physical library materials reserved for university courses. ReservesDirect was created by librarians and developers at Emory Libraries (http://web.library.emory.edu). ReservesDirect 2.4 was released on Wednesday, August 13th, 2008.

- August 13, 2008: New feature development of ReservesDirect is suspended until November 2008.
- August 13, 2008: We've finally released ReservesDirect 2.4. Thanks for waiting.
- July 18, 2008: We've delayed the release of ReservesDirect 2.4 till next week. Sorry! Our sysadmin's out sick today.
- June 23, 2008: We will be releasing ReservesDirect 2.4 on Friday, July 18th, 2008. New features will include improved copyright management and improved general workflow management.
